The Association of Lebanese Industrialists, in partnership with the International Labor Organization, is launching workshops implemented by WARD Association aiming at developing an educational curriculum for the “machine operator” job that is compatible with the requirements of the labor market.
This pilot project will define the occupational standards for the “machine operator” job in the food industry in order to build competencies-based curricula that meet the needs of the labor market and will be taught in technical and vocational education and training institutions in Lebanon.
The workshops will extend over a period of 3 weeks from 28 November till 16 December 2022, with the participation of experienced professionals from the food industry who will provide their technical input and the qualified professors will translate it into creating an educational curriculum for the “machine operator” job.
