After conducting the skills anticipation survey targeting the plastic sector in December 2022 as part of a larger project in partnership between the Association of Lebanese Industrialists (ALI) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) in order to mitigate skills mismatch facing both workers and employers alike, the findings of the survey was presented yesterday 31/01/2023 at Gefinor Rotana hotel where participants from different government, NGOs, and other interested organizations attended and exchanged discussions about the skills gaps, occupations in demand, and training availability in the plastic sector in specific and in the industrial sector as a whole.
