Job Requirements
- Efficient and timely execution of batching processes. - Implementing Standard Operation procedures. - Managing inventory of raw material. - Producing batches in accordance with appropriate formula. - Ensuring all quality checks are in place and operational. - Documenting and reporting all daily activities appropriately. - Managing and training operators to grow their skills. - Optimizing compounding process for each formulation. - Monitoring and maintaining daily the water treatment station to insure the right water quality needed for production./ Qualification and skills: - degree in chemistry or related - excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
