The Association of Lebanese Industrialists (ALI) in collaboration with the International Labour Organisation (ILO), as part of “Women in Management and Leadership (WIMIN)” project, are coordinating trainings with ALI members aimed at empowering women in management.
The Association (ALI) is providing trainings in different fields, such as:
Recently, the association hosted a successful three-day Sales Training at its premises, with the participation of ALI members. This project achieved successful outcomes so far as a result of joint efforts of the Association and master coaches in different fields.
We recognize the importance of empowering women in management, and we believe that this project will help women achieve their full potential in the workplace. We hence encourage ALI members to participate in these trainings and benefit from these opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
We are confident that these trainings will provide valuable insights and skills to women in management positions, helping them to succeed in their careers.
